Coffee can make your vaginal fluids taste really strong and pungent, if that’s what you mean. It’s usually recommended that people who want their sexual fluids to taste good should drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fresh fruit, and avoid strong-tasting foods and drinks like garlic, onion, coffee, alcohol, fish, etc.
As for foods and drinks that actually improve your vaginal health… It’s always important to stay hydrated in order to fend off urinary tract infections. Drinking unsweetened cranberry juice can also help with that, though I will warn you that it tastes disgusting. And anyone who has a vagina should make sure to ingest probiotics regularly, through probiotic foods and drinks like natural yogurt, kombucha, etc., because that helps with fighting off yeast infections. (It’s especially important to take probiotics when you are taking antibiotics for any kind of infection in your body.)
