daniel tosh didnt incite for people to rape that girl he was saying a joke after he heckled her that is like if i said a joke about someone getting hit by a car and then someone said murder not funny and then i said wouldnt it be funny if a car just hit that person people would laugh he had every right to say it there was no inciting in that joke just a comedian trying to combat a heckler
