I guess it’s just the new year but I feel so invigorated to make big changes in my life lately. I even did a tarot spread of one card for each month in 2015 and the January card was all about rebirth, rejuvenation, overhaul. Perfect.
I can feel my body getting stronger and feeling better since I committed to doing either yoga or running (or sometimes both) every day. Today in my forward fold, my fingertips grazed the floor with ease. I can’t remember that happening since I was in middle school, maybe not even then.
I still love my YogaGlo subscription but my current favorite fitness-related thing is Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga challenge. Her sense of humor and self-love advocacy make the practices fly by, and I don't say that lightly.
