I work at a university as a research assistant and was once told I was dressing to casual (I was a freshman at this time and would wear sweatpants and uggs or converse to work most days:/) so now I wear flats or loafers but FUCK heels. Ain't nobody got time for that kind of pain all day.

So true. I find it really weird that heels are still a strong cultural expectation for working women. Haven’t we moved past shit like that?!

Flats or loafers sound good though; I wouldn’t mind wearing ‘em to work.
