I don’t know if this will work for anyone else, or if it varies from body to body, but:
Last night I drank a whole bunch of wine and could feel a hangover coming on already, and knew it would be much worse in the morning. So I drank a litre of water and ate a bagel before going to bed. Woke up and NO HANGOVER!
