How has therapy been going? Are you making progress?

I think so, yeah. We’ve been talking about one of my main issues and I’ve been noticing how much it’s related to various anxieties I have. I never realized before how this one issue could be the cause of so many worries and mental patterns I’ve developed. Even just unpacking that much has helped me a lot, because now I know where those anxieties come from and that I don’t have to listen to them.

Also, I really adore my therapist! She’s sweet, lovely, smart, sex- and queer-positive, and just overall a great fit for me.
