things that are scary, exciting, and WORTH IT:

-being totally honest with a complete stranger
-telling cute people that they’re cute (or sexy people that they’re sexy, etc.)
-doing that thing you’ve secretly wanted to do for ages but have been too nervous about
-starting a new creative project in the public eye
-having sex with someone new for the first time
-getting critique on a creation from someone whose opinion you trust
-taking a class in a skill you have utterly no experience with
-public speaking about something that thrills you
-making a long list of goals
