I have taken it everyday but hours after the time I usually take it. Now I'm on the one week off the pill, can I still have sex without a condom and not get pregnant?

I wouldn’t risk it. Birth control efficacy is lowered when you take it at different times from your usual, and as far as I know, that’s even more true for the combination pill. Using a condom isn’t difficult so you might as well.
