Not really. The foreskin is actually very easy to clean, all you need is some mild soap and water. 

"But what about phimosis!?" 

The chances of getting phimosis is actually pretty slim and can only happen when you try to retract the baby’s foreskin before it can retract on it’s own. Not to mention that phimosis can actually be treated with a prescription cream.
