Hi Kate! One of my best friends is graduating and moving back home in 5 months and we're thinking about getting an apartment together. We're quite similar (introverted, low key, etc) but I'm starting to think it won't be a good idea. She's a procrastinator- constantly texting me at 2 am about an essay due at 9am that she hasn't started yet. And she's 23 and has never had a job- her parents are well off and support her. Do you think she sounds like a disastrous roommate?

I dunno, it sounds to me like you’re looking for reasons to get out of this situation. Procrastinating on school assignments doesn’t necessarily indicate how she’ll be as a roommate, and her being supported by her parents isn’t a bad thing for you unless they suddenly pull their funding.
