

I’ve been counting my calories.
The first image is from a day I tracked before starting to restrict my calories. I also went to a family party that night where there was a ton o’ snack foods at the ready, so I ate waaayy too much.
The second one is from a better-behaved day (yesterday). It’s actually not as hard as I thought it would be to limit my calories; I still get to eat delicious things like risotto and cheesecake, but in moderation, and only if my other meals are pretty low-cal.
