1. Communicate more. Tell people what you need, want, and/or expect from them. Don’t be afraid.
2. Drink more water. Like at least two litres a day.
3. Eat a big salad for dinner every night for a week. Really savor every bite.
4. When a bad mood creeps up on you, quickly pull out a notebook and make a long, long list of things you’re grateful for, things you love, reasons your life is wonderful, etc.
5. Invite a friend out for tea (or beer). Sip it slowly while chatting and laughing about your lives.
6. Dress in a way that makes you feel cute as hell and then go out and smile at strangers, as flirtatiously as you please.
7. Set aside a day to de-clutter and clean up your space. Put on excellent music that makes you want to shake your booty, or listen to a podcast or audiobook that holds your attention tight.
8. Do something kind and considerate for someone else, without being asked. Witness their reaction.
