Did you ever find the right non-hormonal birth control option for you? I'm tired of using condoms with my long term partner and thinking about getting a diaphragm, but worried about its effectiveness. What would you recommend?

I’m on my phone right now so I can’t post the exact link, but if you look on Planned Parenthood’s website, they have a fact sheet that lists all the birth control methods along with their efficacy, disadvantages, costs, etc.

I’ve been on the pill for two years and I don’t have complaints about it. I’ve been lucky enough to have very few side effects from it. I will switch to a non-hormonal IUD in a few years, however, because I have a family history of breast cancer so hormonal birth control isn’t a good long-term option for me.
