When I’m in need of self-care and can’t or don’t want to do the things you mentioned either, I often like to write in my journal for like an hour, put on music I love and sing along to it, go for a walk, drink tea or coffee, do something creative (e.g. painting, singing), stretch, dance, buy myself something beautiful, masturbate, cuddle with my cat, call someone who loves me, visit a museum or gallery, read wonderful books, or get dressed up in cute clothes.
