A Simple Action Plan For Achieving Happiness

Do at least 3 of these things every day.

1. Make a gratitude list. (“I am so grateful…” “I love…”)
2. Get into a state of flow. (Do something enjoyable until the rest of the world seems to fade away.)
3. Vividly visualize yourself acquiring something you want.
4. Find something that makes you laugh really hard.
5. Exercise until you sweat.
6. Sing and dance.
7. Cuddle lovingly.
8. Have ecstatic sex. (Masturbation counts.)
9. Do something nice for another person.
10. Meditate for 5-10 minutes.
