Great list. Things I am doing lately to alleviate my SAD:Things I’m doing to alleviate the SADs and get me through the day:
- Listening to my favourite radio show podcasts
- Making sure I drink at least 64oz of water, whether I want it or not
- Giving myself permission to meld with the couch from 7 to 10pm
- Leaning into Lino for support
- Paring back my responsibilities as much as I can
- Refraining from posting too much on social media
- Taking it incredibly slow - like, turtle slow (not ninja, Galapagos)
